HISTORY : Stuart started developing his musical & performing skills during his teenage years. During this time he taught himself guitar and began writing his own songs. He would often sing these in school assemblies, where he also worked with several vocal groups. He had piano lessons from Age 11 & studied up to Grade 8.

INSTRUMENTS : As well as playing Piano, Stuart uses the latest technology in his shows - a Yamaha Tyros 5 Keyboard. In addition he plays both acoustic & electric guitars. He has also added the very popular Ukulele to his line up -using soprano and concert instruments. His latest addition for those Formby songs is a banjolele.

SINGING : Despite having had no formal training Stuart has a warm mellow voice which has been likened to that of Elton John or George Michael.
When he needs to use tracks he arranges and records his own, which are stored & played on his keyboard and iPad.
EXPERIENCE : In June 2010 Stuart gave up his 'day job' in London to perform music full time with the highly successful duo 'Serendipity'. During their 7 years performing together Serendipity worked for P&O, Royal Caribbean, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines and also performed for 4 months at the 'Coco Palm' - a 5 star resort in the Maldives.
He has now been a solo artist since December 2013 and initially performed between MV Balmoral and MV Arcadia, ultimately being signed by Saga Cruises as a key resident entertainer where he performed up to March 2020.
VERSATILITY : Is synonymous with Stuart's abilities which extend from sensitive cocktail piano, chilled background songs, through to many themes sets including Rock Music, Classic Country, Elton John, Neil Diamond, Rock and Roll, 60s songs, Irish Night and many more. All musical styles are covered from jazz to jive, reggae to rock, singer songwriter to swing.
WEDDING SERVICES
Stuart Anderson has performed at many weddings over the years and is able to provide a comprehensive array of services for your special day. For The Ceremony he can play some gentle piano/instrumental music while guests arrive. He can play for the bride's entry and for any hymns. He can perform a musical item/song while the register is being signed as well as appropriate music for the Bridal party exit. Stuart can provide cocktail/instrumental music while guests mingle after the ceremony and some gentle background music while they enjoy The Wedding Breakfast. How about commissioning A Bespoke Love Song written just for you and for your special day? This can be performed during your ceremony and/or for your first dance. Finally of course Stuart can provide live music for your Wedding Party Celebration.
